Mighty Leaf Casablanca Tea Set

One of our favorite films will always be "Casablanca," but its plot is not something you’d want to reenact in your own home for the purposes of a romantic evening. Better—and much more sensible—to effect some Moroccan enchantment with Mighty Leaf Tea’s Casablanca Tea Set. The hand-hammered, silver-plated tea pot is dramatic and striking, and creates a powerful contrast with the delicate set of glasses, also sleeved in scalloped silver. The set adds an exotic, atmospheric touch to an otherwise ordinary pour-and-sip ceremony, especially when paired with a variation on the North African traditional mint tea; we enjoyed both Mighty Leaf’s Marrakesh Mint Green Tea and its Organic Mint Mélange. The silver-plated pot and cups don’t block heat from escaping from freshly boiled water, however, so beware of careless touches (or at least redirect them). Still, if you don’t mind things getting a little hot, you’ll find the Casablanca Tea Set to be both elegant and enticing.
