In addition to the bergamot flavor that defines this type of black tea, whole blue malva flowers have been added to provide a pop of color to your cup as well as a light floral note to the brew. Novus’ unique, pyramid-shaped mesh bags allow hot water to flow through the contents more easily, intensifying the flavors and providing an artful view of the tea inside. The smooth citrus and floral notes of this blue-themed blend make it an excellent match with rich, buttery desserts like an almond tart or crème brûlée.
