A newcomer brother-and-sister team bring you teas with original flavors: honeybush, rooibos and dry desert lime (numi, hence the name of the company). The brother utilizes his years of experience as a tea house proprietor in Europe to package in the U.S. these loose-leaf teas in dual-chamber tea bags. Neither oils nor flavorings are added to complete the healthy picture. In this case, the rolled-up loose leaves of the pure green tea "explode" in the tea bag and bring your cup seriously developed flavor— to which you need to adjust. The French might say you get a good "goût du terroir." We will let you explore the other flavors on your own. A sampler bamboo box with Temple of Heaven Gunpowder and eight other flavors comes graciously painted by the sister in the Numi partnership. Not to worry…the prices are quite reasonable for what you get.
