This
green tea-based brew originates in a traditional Turkish
recipe, flavored with orange blossoms, rose petals,
red fruits and green dates. When drinking it, we inhale
before each sip; as with wine, scent is essential
to its flavor. It is elegant, comforting and soft
without being weak, with a warmth that mellows the
grassiness of the green tea. We suspect its distinctive
flavor, which inspired our high rating, comes from
